If the workmanship and/or materials used in building your home do not meet the specified quality standards as clearly outlined in your warranty book, the Builder is responsible for correcting the deficiencies. Coverage begins from the Effective Date of Warranty.

MAJOR STRUCTURAL
COMPONENTS

The warranty provides ten-year protection on warranted load-bearing portions of the home. The warranty book identifies which parts of the home are covered, and the criteria for establishing a major structural defect. The Builder is the Warrantor during Years 1 and 2 of this Limited Warranty and the Insurer is the Warrantor in Years 3-10.
