Ease of process

Joy Line Homes works efficiently to ensure the process goes smoothly: works with you on your project in a streamlined process that’s as hassle-free as possible. We will handle all the home elements: designing, engineering, working with the factory during the build stage and the home permit process; then team up with local contractors to oversee the home installation and delivery.

Pre-permitted

Joy Line Homes can be placed virtually anywhere in California where you can build a home. All of our homes are rigorously inspected at each stage of the build, and after delivery. All Line Design Homes are built to the highest standards of Federal and HUD for permits and approval— superseding county and city building regulations to ease the entire process. This means that all of your home-specific permits will be taken care of— saving you a tremendous amount of money and time!

Fast & Reliable Build Times

Affordable efficiency: built for a fraction of the price, with minimal time to construct over other build methods. Depending on permits and site preparation: we can anticipate 7 to 12 months for project completion. To compare, building a traditional on-site [or ‘stick-built’] home in California can typically take 24 months to permit and build. You can rely on the extensive knowledge and experience going towards creating your build, and get straight to enjoying a family dinner at home with less wait.
